Anonymous asked: For the last person talking about shampoo, I would just like to recommend Castile soap, its cheap, you can buy it in bulk and it doesnt leave as much residue as heavily perfumed chemical ridden shampoo.

Castile soap has already been addressed in my washing article.

Some people do use Castile soap (such as Dr Bronners). You can buy it from health food/organic stores, online, & even Target sells it now. To anyone trying it, know that it must be heavily diluted with water. It’s very concentrated.

Personally, I LOVE my Bronners as bodywash, facewash, hand soap, added to cleaning solutions…but I NEVER use it on my hair. No matter how diluted it is, it always leaves my hair feeling disgusting & most certainly leaves residue, & I hate that it doesn’t lather.

So yes, it’s absolutely safe. Some people swear by it, & some do not. Followers, feel free to give it a try & see how you like it.
