The previous photo of pretty ginger locks was submitted by the lovely lovey dainty-tree & I’m sure she just felt it was time for a change.

If you mean in general, why do people cut their locks…for a million reasons! Sometimes it’s just a trim because they were too long/heavy for the individual, or they cut them all because they were just tired of the look & wanted something new, or any myriad of personal reasons.
